Refund policy
• All services are inspected and approved upon completion.
• Payment is due once the service is finished unless otherwise agreed.
• Refunds are not provided for completed services, except in cases of proven negligence or damage caused by Explicit Details.
• If you are unhappy with your service, contact us within 24 hours. We will assess and arrange a solution where appropriate (touch-ups, corrections, or partial compensation).
• Maintenance plans, paint correction, and ceramic coatings require pre-inspection. Refunds are not offered if the service was completed according to agreed scope.
