Terms & Conditions – Explicit Details
1. Services
All services are provided by Explicit Details. Each vehicle is inspected prior to final pricing. Services may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, and paint type.
2. Pricing
Quoted prices are a guide only. Final pricing may change after inspection. All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.
3. Payment
Payment is due on completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, bank transfer, or approved electronic payment methods.
4. Bookings & Cancellations
Bookings must be confirmed in advance. Cancellation or rescheduling requires 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
5. Vehicle Condition
Customers must remove personal belongings from the vehicle prior to service. Explicit Details is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
6. Maintenance Plan
Maintenance details are only available to vehicles maintained by Explicit Details on a scheduled basis (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly). First visits may incur additional fees to bring vehicles to maintenance standard.
7. Liability
Explicit Details takes all care in providing detailing services. We are fully insured, but are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues outside of our control.
8. Ceramic Coatings & Paint Correction
These services require pre-inspection. Results vary based on vehicle condition. No guarantee is made for longevity or appearance beyond professional standards.
9. General
By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms. Explicit Details reserves the right to refuse service if terms are not met.
